Weigh-In Day Again ;o)
Well, this week wasn’t a good one. I had a migraine three days straight this week and didn’t get my exercise in, didn’t eat much on those days either. Maybe that is why I lost the 1.5 lbs I did! Well, I’m not going to complain- a 1.5 lb weight loss is better than nothing and I’ll take what I can get! LOL
How is everyone else doing this past week?

whooo hoo, 1.5 lbs, I’ll take ‘em! LOL I am so so proud of you! Keep up the great work! look at that scale going down faster & faster our husbands aren’t going to notice us!
