I’m BACK!
I know, I know, BAD me! (Slapping my own hands). I haven’t been on in over a week! Between the kiddes with a stomach virus & myself also getting it. I just haven’t had that much to post!
Yes, I HAVE been sticking to my diet & getting in 25 minutes a day on my elliptical machine 5 days a week. But I feel like I should have MORE to post in order to have a blog entry.
Then April pointed out that just the fact that I AM sticking to it may inpire someone else to do so. I never thought of it that way! I thought I should have EXCITING news to post, not just that I am following the diet and fitness program. So, I am vowing to post at least 3 days a week- no matter if it is boring or not!
So, be prepared to read a lot of BORING entries from me-LOL- my life just isn’t that exciting! But, If I can inspire someone to better themselves by writing about my days- I will be gald to do so!

I agree with April, and even if no one reads your blog–who cares? its therapeutic for you and keeps you focused. So just post even if it is just a list or a venting session, whatever!
Girl I post just to talk to myself! to REMIND myself that im doing what I need to do to get this weight off, you Rock 1 day & 1 pound at a time we can do this, and as for me I post sometimes 2 times a day it doesn’t matter if I never get a comment I can only hope it inspires & motivates someone else!
